SecondNature account.
You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app.
Request deletion by email
Write to privacy@northpathstrategies.org from the address you use for SecondNature. Put “Delete my SecondNature account” in the subject.
Open an email draftYour email app opens a draft. Review it and choose Send.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then erase the account and its active app data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will never ask for your password or sign-in code.
What is deleted
Your account profile, partner and household details, saved notes and facts, contact records, connected-calendar records and locally stored credentials, plans, tasks, reflections, and personal AI audit records are included. Account sessions are revoked.
Backups and connected services
Deleted records may remain in rotating database backups for up to seven days. Limited provider security or operational logs follow the providers’ retention schedules. Aggregate usage totals that no longer identify you may be retained.
Deleting SecondNature does not delete your Apple or Google account, calendar events, or messages you sent through another app. We attempt to disconnect supported integrations; you can also remove access in your provider’s account settings.
