A few clear terms.
These terms apply to SecondNature, operated by NorthPath Strategies, and its invitation-only beta.
Your account and information
You must be at least 18 and use an account you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You retain ownership of information you add and permit us to process it to provide, support and secure the service, as described in the privacy notice.
Respect other people’s privacy. Do not use the app to monitor someone, upload material you are not entitled to use, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.
Suggestions are yours to review
AI results and outside information may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Check dates, costs, availability, dietary requirements and arrangements before acting. Choosing a plan does not book it or confirm its dependencies. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take.
Messages and outside links are handoffs. You review and send, reserve or purchase within the relevant app or service. Any charges, cancellations and third-party terms for those actions are between you and that provider.
Features displaying Google Maps Platform venue information are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy describes its handling of information. Venue details can change; confirm the current details before making plans.
The private beta
The beta is provided without an app subscription charge. Features may change and service may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a suggestion will produce a particular result. Any future paid offering will have its price and terms presented separately before purchase.
Ending access
You can stop using the app and request deletion at any time. We may restrict access that compromises security or violates these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and help you retrieve or delete your information.

Contact info@northpathstrategies.org about these terms. We will update the date when terms change and provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
