Installing the beta

Use the invitation sent to your invited email address. iPhone invitations open in Apple TestFlight. Android invitations link to Google Play testing; sign into the Google account that received access.

Signing in

Use the same account each time. For email sign-in, enter the most recent code in the app. If you already requested a code, choose “I already have a code.” Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.

A plan or note needs another look

Tell us which screen you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Include your device and app version if you can. Please leave out private notes, contact phone numbers, sign-in codes and passwords.

Privacy and account deletion

You can request account deletion without installing the app. Read the privacy notice for the data covered and how to contact us about a privacy request.
